Abstract:
To provide electronic device mounting equipment that is used in a CPU and suppresses the radiation of a clock signal including harmonic components from a heat sink as noise.
By fitting an electric wave absorber 4 between a CPU 2 and a heat sink 5, the noise resonance is prevented and noise in the fundamental wave of a clock signal or a harmonic signal is suppressed even if the 1/2-wave length in the harmonic frequency of the clock signal coincides with the length of the heat sink.
