PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of rapidly performing display processing of two-dimensional codes that can be read by a code reader even when CPU capability is not so high.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes: a display 10 capable of displaying at least data and two-dimensional codes generated from the data; two-dimensional code display means 11 by which two-dimensional codes mask-processed with a first mask pattern are generated and presented on the display 10 when an instruction to display the two-dimensional codes is received from a user; and two-dimensional code modification means 11 by which two-dimensional codes are re-generated through mask-processing using a second mask pattern and re-presented on the display 10 when a predetermined manipulation is made by the user while the two-dimensional codes are being presented on the display 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
