The light source control means is configured to forcibly turn off the power source of the laser light emitter when light is detected by the optical sensor 46 stored in the container body 271, and also, the optical sensor 46 and the light control means are configured to function as an interlocking circuit to maintain the power-off state of the laser light emitter in a period where the light is detected by the optical sensor 46.
