PURPOSE: To improve a water proofing function, and to attain the reduction of size and a price by sealing a flexible conductor by using resin such as silicone-based, 'Teflon(R)'-based, or thermo-plastic elastomeric resin with flexibil ity and elasticity.

CONSTITUTION: The flexible opening and closing hinge 1 formed of the resin such as the silicone-based, the 'Teflon(R)'-based, or the thermoplastic elastomeric resin is provided with a built-in flexible printed circuit FPC 2 in its elastic resin as sealing it, and it is fixed as being put between an upper and a lower cases 4 (frames 4a, 4b) and 5 (frames 5a, 5b). Further, an elastic resin 6a, 7a part is fitted through the elastic resin fixing part 4c and the elastic resin fitting surface 4d of the upper case 3, and the elastic resin 6b, 7b part is fitted through the elastic resin fixing part 5c and the elastic resin fitting surface 5d of the lower case 5. Besides, the rotating shaft of a mechanical opening and closing hinge 3 is aligned to the same axis as the opening and closing axis of the flexible opening and closing hinge 1 so as not to concentrate stress.
