Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable updating of only necessary firmware.SOLUTION: An EEPROM 116 is configured to store a plurality of pieces of firmware that have version information to which package information indicative of a combination of firmware of an up-to-date version guaranteeing actions is given. A firmware management unit 117 is configured to check whether the version information on the respective firmware read from the EEPROM 116 and the version information registered in a management table coincide with each other, and cause a check result of the firmware management unit 117 to be displayed on a panel part 105. A system control unit 121 is configured to, when an instruction of downloading a management table of the up-to-date version is given via the panel part 105, request an information distribution server 200 to download the management table of the up-to-date version, and when an instruction of downloading the firmware is given, request the information distribution server to download the selected firmware.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
