To provide an electronic apparatus, which when power supply is interrupted, can save the data stored in a volatile storage device to a non-volatile storage device to perform reset processing.
The electronic apparatus is provided with a reset-generating section 101 for outputting a first reset signal, if power supply voltage Vdd becomes a voltage which is equal to or less than a threshold voltage V1, when power supply is interrupted; a reset-generating section 201 for outputting a second reset signal when the power supply voltage Vdd becomes a voltage which is equal to or less than a threshold voltage V2, which is lower than the threshold voltage V1; and a restoration reset generating section 103 for outputting a restoration reset signal, based on the end of the output of the first reset signal. A saving section 203, which saves data, starts the saving of data by the first reset signal and is reset, based on the second reset signal. Furthermore, since the saving section 203 is reset based on the restoration reset signal, when the power supply voltage Vdd becomes a voltage which is equal to or less than the threshold voltage V1, the saving section 203 which saves data is reset, so that abnormal operation due to a low voltage state can be prevented.
