Abstract:
To provide an electronic device which can cover a device disposed on a display surface through an easy-to-understand operation.SOLUTION: A display device 22 includes: a liquid crystal panel 34 having a display area 35 and a blind area 30; a camera 24 facing a back surface of the blind area 30 in the liquid crystal panel 34; a backlight 32 facing a back surface of the display area 35 in the liquid crystal panel 34; a touch panel 36 arranged at the front of the liquid crystal panel 34; and a CPU 60 for switching transmissivity of the display area 35 and the blind area 30 by switching molecular arrangement for each pixel of the liquid crystal panel 34. The CPU 60 switches transmissivity of the blind area 30 by allowing a user to touch the blind area 30 in the touch panel 36. The liquid crystal panel 34, which is a color liquid crystal panel, includes a color filter 48 in the display area 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
