Abstract:
To provide an electronic display device with a backlight which effectively transmits a backlight source, brightly illuminates a display surface and has a reflection sheet permitting the formation of micro-through-holes by a simple method.
The liquid crystal display device 21 which illuminates a liquid crystal display element 22 by an EL luminous body 24 is constituted by disposing the elastic reflection sheet 23 which is vapor deposited with a metallic film 42 on an elastic sheet member 41 and is formed with the many micro-through- holes 43 of ≤100 μm in diameter on a lower polarizing plate 28 of the liquid crystal display element 22.
