An electronic driver license 11 comprises electronic paper 12, 13 on a front side and the rear side. On the front side of the electronic paper 12, the driver license information consisting of a name, license classification, term of validity, and the like, are displayed. On the electronic paper 13 on the rear side, a traffic violation ticket and contents of change in described items of the driver license 11 are displayed.
