PURPOSE: To obtain an electronic drug doser which is safe and easy to handle and mount by a method wherein a drug information display means corresponding to a drug housed in a drug package is read out by a reading means of the body of the doser and a voltage or current suitable for the drug to be dosed is applied to an electrode to dose the drug ionized to a body tissue by the current.
CONSTITUTION: A drug 11 housed in a drug package 13 and an information label 12 which has information on applied voltage and current, application time and the like suited to the drug 11 are set beforehand, a necessary drug package 13 is selected and combined with the body 10 of a doser to be mounted on an affected part of an organism. When a power switch 1 is turned ON, a value of voltage or current, application time and the like suited to the drug on the information label 12 of the drug package 13 are read out by a reading means 9 to control a voltage or current varying section 3 by a control means 5 so that an applied voltage or current is changed to electrodes 7 and 8 arranged on the body of the doser. Thus, a current (i) flows through an organism to dose the drug ionized into the organism by the current thereby performing a treatment.
