To reduce noise, which shown on a monitor by effect of a leak high frequency electric current in case of high frequency treatment using an electronic endoscope.

An objective lens frame 25 of an objective lens unit 22 formed of insulating members is fixed at a conducting point body 14 arranged on a distal end 11 of an insertion portion 2 of an endoscope. An imaging unit 15 is settled steadily via a CCD holder 30 at backside of the objective lens frame 25. The imaging unit 15 and distal end body 14 are electrically insulated by the objective lens frame 25 having insulation character, and therefore a leak high-frequency electric current is hard to be applied on the imaging unit 15 and noise presented on a monitor is reduced.
