PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an efficient electronic equipment control for providing environment comfortable to a user.SOLUTION: An electronic equipment control system comprises an operation control related information memory part for storing a user's degree of stress and information concerning content of control to let the electronic equipment control its operation are co-related to each other, specifies a user's biological information, specifies a control content for controlling operation to the electronic equipment on the basis of the degree of stress and the information related to the action control, transmits the electronic equipment control information to cause the specified control content to be executed by the electronic equipment to the electronic equipment, receives the degree of stress again from a wearable terminal after executing the control content on the basis of the electronic equipment control information, specifies a degree of improvement of the degree of stress, specifies the control content on the basis of the degree of stress, the specified degree of improvement and the action related information and transmits the electronic equipment control information for executing the specified control content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
