A CPU 21 executes a PDA side mail processing with a desk PC 1 by utilizing a data transmitter-receiver 25, judges whether or not it is connected to the desk PC 1, judges whether or not its own nickname is already registered to small-sized information terminal equipment 20 in the case of being connected, transmits its own nickname to the desk PC 1 when the nickname is already registered and inputs and registers its own nickname to the small- sized information terminal equipment 20 when the nickname is not already registered.
