Abstract:

To achieve stable and accurate heat control without being affected by operating environment.

First and second heat pipes 13a and 13b with a heat transport path are connected for thermally coupling mutual end parts, a heating element is thermally coupled to each one end part of the first and second heat pipes 13a and 13b for arrangement, and the heat amount of a heat element 11 is transported to a heat sink 16 via the first and second heat pipes 13a and 13b for controlling heat.
