To determine presence/absence of abnormality of a clock at timing desired by a user.SOLUTION: A smart phone 100 comprises: a first communication unit 133 for wirelessly communicating with a time display device; a control unit 110; and an input reception unit 132 for receiving input from a user. The control unit 110 acquires and stores log data of the time display device from the time display device using the first communication unit 133; and, on the basis of an input instruction received by the input reception unit 132, determines whether or not the time display device is abnormal on the basis of the stored log data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
