When the equipment is locked, the communication unit 106 is stored in a recessed part of a cover part 103. Since an operation knob 101 is moved in a prescribed direction at the time of opening the cover part 103, a click 102 of the cover part 103 is moved in the prescribed direction. Thereby the click 102 is disengaged from a pin 108 and the cover part 103 can be opened. A gear 104 engaged with a linear gear 101a is rotated in the counterclockwise direction due to the movement of the knob 101 and a supporting arm 105 also is rotated in the counterclockwise direction. Thus the unit 106 is extruded to the outside of the cover part 103. When the cover part 103 is opened, power is automatically supplied to the unit 106.
