Shield members 8 and 9 that are formed in nearly coaxially with the inner surface of each enclosure are arranged inside non-conductive upper and lower enclosures 1 and 4 for forming the outer shell of the electronic equipment. In the shield members 8 and 9, a sheet made of resin is formed and the surface is subjected to conductive plating such as copper - nickel plating.
