The electronic equipment is provided with a sensor group 105 for detecting the condition of an apparatus, a data storage means 204 for storing the condition of the sensor group 105, a control means 201 for reading the condition of the sensor group 105 through the data storage means 204, and for performing various control, a sensor power control means 203 for controlling the supply and stop of a sensor power source and a timing control means 202 for transmitting a sensor power supply control signal to the sensor power control means 203 periodically. The data storage means 204 receives a data storage timing signal generated a fixed period after the output of the sensor power supply control signal, and performs the storing operation of the sensor condition.
