To provide electronic equipment provided with an easily attachable/detachable keyboard, capable of preventing penetration of liquid from the keyboard side into a main body as much as possible.

When the keyboard 5 is placed on a mount part 8, a connector 22 of the keyboard 5 is connected with a connector 13 of a circuit board 12 through an opening part 10. A mounting part 23 of the keyboard 5 is allowed to abut on the upper surface 12a of the circuit board 12 in opposition to a screw hole 12c of the circuit board 12 through the opening part 11. The mounting part 23 is screwed to a boss 31 through a lower case 2a and the circuit board 12 by a screw 32. A bottom surface 20a is allowed to abut on an upper surface 9a. A sealing member 21, 33 is interposed in a compressed state between a dent part 10a, 11a and the bottom surface 20a of a sheet metal 20.
