The electronic equipment 1 is provided with the casing 6 having a first wall part 21 and a second wall part 23 erected from the first wall part 21, a module 7 having a side face part 7b stored in the casing 6 and opposed to the second wall part 23, a cushioning member 3 arranged between the second wall part 23 and the side face part 7b of the module 7, a wire material 32 arranged along the erecting direction of the second wall part 23 in parallel with the cushioning member 33 and extended along the side face part 7b of the module 7, and a holding member 34 at least a part of which is arranged between the wire material 32 and the side face part 7b of the module 7 to regulate the position of the wire material 32.
