A cap member 15 is provided freely turnably integrally with the display portion 2. Consequently, even when the display portion 2 turns, the DC jack connector portion 16 is prevented from turning. A user sees as if the DC jack connector portion 16 turns integrally with the cap member 15, and the designability is prevented from being impaired.
