PURPOSE: To obtain an electronic equipment where a module having a built-in electronic parts come in contact with a cooling plate not influenced on deformation of the cooling plate due to refregerant pressure, for conducting heat generated inside the module to the refregerant through the cooling plate so as to cool electronic parts inside the module.
CONSTITUTION: A taper module 1 having a taper face in a contour and trimmed with electronic parts and a taper cooling plate 2 having a tapered section adjacent thereto are arranged. A flow path conducting heat to the coolant through the cooling plate is formed. Accordingly, problems such as breakage accompanying deformation of the cooling plate are prevented, and measureds for damage prevention become needless by coming in contact of the taper module 1 with the taper cooling plate 2 with no deformation of the taper cooling plate 2.
