To correct the deviation of rotational center when a display unit is opened and closed and to make surely detectable the opening and closure by providing a correcting member of a simple constitution.

The correction member 21, which corrects the positional shift of the display unit, consists of a switch push part 201a, a rotary shaft 201b, a positioning part 201c, a shaft, an arm part, and a holding part and is molded integrally of synthetic resin such as POM (polyacetal), which has a small coefficient of surface friction and is elastically deformable. The rotary shaft 201b of the correcting member 201 is received by a bearing rib 101b and pressed by a press lib 112b from above and the positioning part 201c clamps the bearing rib 101b, so the correcting member 201 is so restricted that it will not move to the right and left. Consequently, the correcting member 201 rotates on the electronic equipment main body 101 without shifting in position. When the display unit 102 is rotated in its closing direction, the holding part is pressed by a holding rib to rotate the correcting member 201 on the rotary shaft 201b and the switch push part 201a pushes an actuator 204 to turn on a push switch 204, thereby feeding electricity.
