Title:
ELECTRONIC FORCE BALANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3555330
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic force balance which can obtain mass measurement results without error even when there is any temperature difference between the arrangement position of built-in weight and the inside of weighing chamber.
SOLUTION: Temperature sensors 7 and 8 are placed in a weighing chamber 4 and adjacent to a built-in weight 5, and a sensitivity coefficient computation part 14 uses respective outputs and adds a difference of buoyancy due to the difference of air concentration accompanying with the temperature difference between the adjacent position of the weight 5 and the inside of the chamber 4, when computing a sensitivity coefficient using the weight 5, thereby obtaining a sensitivity coefficient equivalent to that in case where the weight 5 is loaded within the chamber 4.
