Title:
ELECTRONIC GROUND-FAULT INTERRUPTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011108548
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electronic ground-fault interrupter having an overcurrent determination function and a ground fault determination function which are integrated into a CPU that can suppress a tripping operation based on ground fault determination during a test of overcurrent characteristics for each pole unit of the interrupter through unipolar energization, and conducting a correct test of the overcurrent characteristics.

This electronic ground-fault interrupter has an unipolar energization detection unit 19 for detecting that one of electric circuits is unipole-energized from an output of a second constant voltage circuit 17, and invalidates the ground fault determination function of the CPU 18 having the overcurrent determination function and the ground fault determination function during such detection.
