When a frequency measuring unit 33 detects a frequency of a temperature-sensitive oscillation test signal and a driving pulse signal transmitted from the electronic instrument through a coil 31 electromagnetically connected to a motor coil, a temperature correction data creating unit 34 creates the temperature correction data on the basis of the temperature-sensitive oscillation test signal and the driving pulse signal. The temperature correction data are transmitted to an analogue electronic timepiece through the coil 31. That is, the analogue electronic timepiece can be adjusted in a state of being built in the outer case by measuring a condition of the analogue electronic timepiece in a non-contact state, and transmitting the temperature correction data obtained on the basis of a result of the measurement.
