To provide an electronic instrument capable of increasing the versatility of the arrangement of harness members or the like in the electronic instrument having a tablet function.
The electronic instrument comprises: a body unit 2 including a system substrate; and a display unit 3 including a liquid crystal display panel and a tablet control substrate. The first harness member 30 connecting the system substrate to the liquid crystal display panel is penetrated through an opening 61 at the body unit 2 side and an opening 60 at the display unit 3 side in a first hinge 41. Part of the harness member 30 is arranged along the outer periphery of a hinge shaft 58. The second harness member 32 connecting the system substrate to the tablet control substrate is penetrated through an opening 81 at the body unit 2 side and an opening 80 at the display unit 3 in a second hinge 42. Part of the harness member 32 is arranged along the outer periphery of a hinge shaft 78.
