Thin instrument has an operation part which has operation keys 1 for operation, pilot lamps 5a, etc., on the top surface and a display part having pilot lamps 6 and 7 for alarming and information on the front surface, a fitting substrate 8 where electronic components such as switches 8a, an LED 8c, etc., for both the surfaces are arranged is slanted at a specific angle, and the electronic components of the operation part and display part are all fitted by one fitting substrate. Key operation is easily performed and alarm and information display are easy to see. The instrument is easy to assemble, so it can be inexpensively provided.
