Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the mutual interpretation among plural languages by providing plural types of original language input parts, plural interpreted word output parts and an electronic interpreting part which performed interpretation among plural types of original words. CONSTITUTION:Input/output terminal devices 8, 18, 28 and 38 are provided for Japanese, English, French and German languages respectively. These terminal devices contain electronic interpreting circuits 5-7, 15-17, 25-27 and 35-37 together with voice input mikes 1, 11, 21 and 31, speech synthesis circuits 4, 14, 24 and 34, and speakers 3, 13, 23 and 33 respectively. The voices supplied through mikes 1, 11, 21 and 31 are interpreted by the circuits 5-7, 15-17, 25- 27 and 35-37 and synthesized by the circuits 4, 14, 24 and 34. Then the voices are delivered through speakers 3, 13, 23 and 33.
