Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic key and a storage structure for the electronic key that enable reduction in battery consumption and elimination of a weak point in security.SOLUTION: As a placement position in one's own house for an electronic key 2, a storage adapter 5 is installed at an entrance, for example. When a micro-switch 22 is pressed by a pin 51 and is switched on, positional relation between the electronic key 2 and the storage adapter 5 is defined as the electronic key 2 being placed on a home position of the storage adapter 5. Leaning the electronic key 2 on the storage adapter 5 while mounting the electronic key 2's lower part on the storage adapter 5 makes the electronic key 2 be stored. Then, switching on the micro-switch 22 is followed by powering off the electronic key 2 and stopping the electronic key 2's all functions including a communication function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
