To integrate a whistle for sign usable for signs in case of emergency and from ships or a vehicle running on snow with an electronic key to facilitate their storage and management.
This electronic key 1 uses an IC board 5 including a transmitting and receiving device communicating with a controller 2 having an immobilizer function as a main body. A casing 3 of the electronic key 1 is a resin-made molded product and is divided by a bulkhead 4 to form a circuit storage chamber 31 and a resonance chamber 32. A blow port 7 and a sound release port 8 are provided in the circuit storage chamber 31 to form a whistle part. The IC board 5 having a transmitting and receiving circuit being the main body of the electronic key 1 is provided in the resonance chamber 32. A string passing hole 34 for letting a string and a chain pass through is provided in an end part of the casing 3.
