To provide an electronic leaflet management device allowing a user to easily search for electronic leaflets corresponding to a desired product.SOLUTION: An electronic leaflet management device includes: a storage unit that stores electronic leaflets and tag information given to the electronic leaflets and including character strings and a specific character representing a hash tag; an acquisition unit that reads out of the storage unit an electronic leaflet corresponding to a keyword transmitted from a terminal device; and a transmission unit that transmits the read-out electronic leaflet together with the tag information given to the electronic leaflet to a terminal device that is a transmission source of the tag information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
