Abstract:
To provide an electronic lottery method and an electronic lottery system that enable fair participation of lottery participants in a drawing and facilitate certification of fairness.
A winner is decided by a magnitude relation between absolute values of differences between arbitrary numbers input from lottery participant computers 12 and an arbitrarily determined number decided by a lottery organizer computer 11, so that a fair lotting is realized independently of input timing and the like. The process of winner deciding is easy to open, and fairness is easily certified.
