Abstract:
To issue an electronic lottery ticket which is difficult to tamper from a lottery ticket issuing server through a communication network to a user terminal.
Tampering is prevented by embedding an electronic watermark different for each lottery number on a lottery ticket displaying the lottery number on a background image. Besides, the issued lottery ticket and user terminal identification information are related and stored in the electronic lottery ticket issuing server so that the validity of the user terminal owning the electronic lottery ticket can be confirmed.
