Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a ciphered electronic mail to be decoded by a receiver and a third person other than a sender by ciphering a cipher key used for ciphering an electronic mail text by disclosure keys for the receiver and the third person other than the senderof the electronic mail and adding the cipher key to the electronic mail.
SOLUTION: A cipher key ciphering part 16 ciphers a cipher key generated by a cipher key generating part 13 by the use of a receiver's disclosure key and a sender's disclosure key received from a disclosure key acquiring part 15 and managing disclosure key received from a managing disclosure key presenting part 18 based upon a disclosure key ciphering system to prepare receiver's cipher key information, a sender's cipher key information and managing cipher key information. A ciphered electronic mail constructing part 17 constructs and outputs ciphered electronic mail 30 by the use of a ciphered text belivered from a text ciphering part 12, the receiver's, sender's and managing cipher key information belivered from the ciphering part 16 and header information delivered from a header information analyzing part 14.
