PURPOSE: To prevent overflow of a store capacity by reading stored notice information by the called party user and extracting a main text of a mail in the transfer mode from a store node designated by a sender according to the information command.

CONSTITUTION: A store node 1 receiving a mail transfer request to a mail box 21 introduces it that the store node to be transferred is a store node 2 based on that the destination is the main box 2, the main text of a fail to be transferred is stored in a sender mail storage function 12 secured by a mail transfer request party 10 and notice information including information representing it that the mail transfer is requested for the mail box 21, additional information to discriminate the content, and information representing it that the text is stored in the sensor store function 12. The user 20 requests the read of the mail to the store node 2 and the store node 2 reads the main text of the mail from the sender mail store function 12 of the store node 1 based on the relevant notice information.
