Abstract:

To reduce the operation amount of PB depression, to perform effective reading and to suppress communication charge from increasing by generating a mail guidance sentence based on sending source information and sentence information which are extracted from a received electronic mail, sending it a user's terminal after collecting N pieces each and converting them into voice information, reading the guidance sentence and sending content which is selected by the user with a PB.

This device has an information extracting means 15 which extracts sending source information and sentence information from an electronic mail that is received from other computers and a mail guiding sentence generating means 25 which generates a mail guidance sentence based on them. The mail guidance sentence which is sent by a guidance sentence grouping means 35 which collects N pieces of mail guidance sentences each and a guidance sentence sending means 45 which sends them as voice information to a user is read by a terminal. As a result, an electronic mail text that corresponds to a mail guidance sentence which is selected by a user with a PB is extracted, converted into voice information and sent to a terminal of the user through a text sending means 55.
