This device has an information extracting means 15 which extracts sending source information and sentence information from an electronic mail that is received from other computers and a mail guiding sentence generating means 25 which generates a mail guidance sentence based on them. The mail guidance sentence which is sent by a guidance sentence grouping means 35 which collects N pieces of mail guidance sentences each and a guidance sentence sending means 45 which sends them as voice information to a user is read by a terminal.
