A mail application 11 for transmitting/receiving an electronic mail, an operating system (OS) 12, and a printer driver 13 are preliminarily installed in the control part 10. Also, the mail application 11 is provided with a text preparing/editing means 14, a transmitting/receiving means 15, an omission setting means 16 and a print processing means 17. Then, the control part 10 counts the number of lines of the final page in a saving mode, and when the number of lines of the final page to be printed is not more than the predetermined number of lines as the result of count, omissible data among the destinations, cc lines, and transmitter signatures are omitted for print.
