PURPOSE: To contrive the improvement of the man-machine interface by converting a user ID added to an electronic mail into a user identification voice by the voice of the user so as to discriminate sex, personal information of voice and persons with same names and family names.
CONSTITUTION: When a user identification voice registering section 200 detects a registration request PB signal from an inputted PB signal, the section 200 urges the input of a user identification voice data 25 and stores the inputted data and the user ID 10 to a storage section 400. A main processing section 500 generates communication management information and stores it in the storage section 400 together with a message data 64. A communication management information voice conversion section 600 reads communication management information from the storage section 400 to extract a sender ID51 or a receipient ID52 and transfers it to a user identification voice extraction section 300. The extraction section 300 extracts the ID 10 from the storage section 400, reads the data 25 from the attended information and transfers it to a conversion section 600. The section 600 synthesizes a desired data in the storage section 4 and gives the output with the addition of data 25.
