To allow a portable radio communication terminal equipment which is moving to read a mail reached to a mail communication terminal equipment by providing a transfer request signal processing section, a radio data communication processing section, and an electronic mail processing section or the like to the portable radio communication terminal equipment.

Plural portable radio communication terminal equipments 100 each provided with a control section 101, an electronic mail storage section 104, a transfer request signal processing section 106, an electronic mail processing section 107, and a radio data communication processing section 108 or the like and are controlled by a microcomputer. The radio data communication processing section 108 is connected to a radio data communication network 300 and has a function of controlling a communication protocol for radio data communication. When the transfer request signal processing section 106 sends a mail transfer request signal to a host computer (mail communication terminal equipment), the computer discriminates the signal and sends mails not read stored in a mail box sequentially and the transfer request signal processing section 106 receives and processes the mails. The electronic mail processing section 107 conducts usual transmission reception processing of electronic mails.
