Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mirror device which prevents deterioration of visibility when a display of the electronic mirror device is switched between a video display unit and a half mirror, in the electronic mirror device including the half mirror and the video display unit.SOLUTION: A control unit controls in such a manner that, when a display on a display is switched from a display by a video display unit to a display by a half mirror, luminance of the video display unit is gradually decreased, and when the display on the display is switched from the display by the half mirror to the display by the video display unit, the luminance of the video display unit is gradually increased. The control unit controls so that a period T2 for gradually increasing the luminance becomes longer than a period T1 for gradually decreasing the luminance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
