Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money system by which a card substituded for cash is used further easily and its electronic money terminal device. SOLUTION: The amount data for user's consumed amount is withdrawn from amount data deposited onto an information card, and the user can use an information card in a further easier way without adding cash or the like even when amount data on the information card is insufficient by such a manner that an insufficient part is allocated to payment or loan from a prescribed account when amount data deposited onto the information card is not sufficient to consumed amount.
