Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an adverse effect on the muffling effect caused by switching microphones from current use to reserve utilization.
SOLUTION: In the system, sound waves from an exhaust duct 1 taken out by a reference microphone 3 and an error microphone 5 are processed to generate muffling sound waves from a secondary sound source 4. At least one of the microphones 3 and 5 consist of current and reserve microphones 18 and 19. The microphones 18 and 19 are mounted to the tip part of the remainder of a T shaped microphone holder 13 one end of which is fixed to the duct 1.
