Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of editing only a required element of a required voice while saving memory capacity and improving the utilizing efficiency of a memory.
CONSTITUTION: When the element saved in the memory is the edited element, all voices instructing the elements are retrieved from an area where plural voices are stored (step S44), and when a tone of only the required voice from all retrieved voices is revised based on the edited elements, a new number is given to the edited element to be saved in the new area of the memory (step S47), and the new element number is made be instructed to only the required voice (step S48 - step S51), and the above processes are repeated by the number of elements constituting the voices (step S52).
