Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of generating a voice composite sound based on a vocalization operation of a person who plays an instrument, mixing the voice composite sound with a normal musical sound and outputting the same, thereby producing a musical sound which in richer in change, without requiring a dedicated microphone.SOLUTION: A sensor output signal from an exhalation sensor in a mouthpiece is converted into a blowing pressure signal by an A/D conversion part, then after the blowing pressure signal is subjected to cut of the vicinity of a direct current component which is sufficiently lower than a fundamental frequency of a voice, the blowing pressure signal is input into a CPU as a voice signal through the A/D conversion part 204. The CPU generates a musical instrument sound signal based on the blowing pressure signal, pitch information and timbre selection information. The CPU constructs a voice composite filter based on a filter parameter corresponding to the timbre selection information, generates a sound source pulse string corresponding to the pitch information and inputs the sound source pulse string into the voice composite filter, and then controls a voice composite sound which is generated and output, based on a voice signal. The CPU mixes the musical instrument sound signal and the voice composite sound signal to generate a musical sound signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
