PURPOSE:To quickly supply the latest merchandise list at a low cost by providing a memory device which stores the data on the list used by customers for ordering for an order terminal equipment together with a retrieval/correction part which gives retrieval, correction and addition to the data on the merchandise list. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the basic merchandise lists are all changed and registered newly, the data are delivered from a center 2 in the order of merchandise codes and stored in a memory device 11 at an appropriate time point such as the early morning or nighttime at the time of the user of a terminal equipment is absent. While the center 2 transmits the list to be corrected and a retrieving/correcting part 12 uses the merchandise code as a key to detect the area to be corrected and to replace the list in case the basic articles are added or the list is corrected, e.g., in a transmission mode of a transaction telegram. At the time of the list is deleted, in the transmission mode of said telegram, the center 2 transmits the list to be deleted and uses the article code as a key to detect the area to be deleted. Thus it is possible to deliver quickly the merchandise lists to customers just with addition of an extremely simple function.
