Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part-supporting sheet which is low in cost, can steadily support an electric part even if it has a comparatively heavy mass, and can easily release the supported electronic part, and a method of releasing an electronic part using the electronic part-supporting sheet.SOLUTION: The electronic part-supporting sheet 1 made of silicone rubber has an elongation at break of not less than 500% measured according to JIS K6251, is blended with an adhesive, has an adhesion part 10 partly on a sheet surface which adheres to an electronic part 100, and has a non-adhesion part 12 which is a part other than the adhesion part 10 on the sheet surface and does not adhere to the electronic part. The method of releasing an electronic part comprises stretching the electronic part-supporting sheet 1 to release and drop the electronic part 100 supported with adhesion on an under surface 1b of the electronic part-supporting sheet 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
