To provide an electronic billiard table and a billiard communication system for easily confirming a ball dropped into a pocket and enabling even a player who does not know rules well to enjoy billiard.

An RFID tag T is incorporated in a ball B, and a dropped ball detection part for detecting the ball dropped in the pocket 10, and an antenna part 15 for detecting the ball on a board surface 2 are provided. A control part identifies the kind of the dropped ball, judges the movement of the ball B on the board surface 2, judges foul, confirms the progress of play, and further outputs assistance information for assisting the player from a speaker 20 and a monitor 21 corresponding to the progress of the play.
