Title:
ELECTRONIC PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5732460
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve high-speed optical recording by using a special electron tube which uses a space optical modulating element capable of recording a picture normally and reversely with an electron beam, and reading the picture written in it by a exclusively used light source.

CONSTITUTION: An electronic printer consists of the 1st optical system composed of an electric-beam scanning type electrooptical system 7, a light source 9 irradiating its face part 8 with light externally, a condenser lens 10, etc., and the 2nd optical system composed of an analyzing plate 12 and an image-forming lens 13 which send optical picture information read out from the face part 8 by the said light irradiation to a photoreceptor drum 14 for exposure. In this constitution, the amount of exposure to a photoreceptor is increased sufficiently only by increasing the intensity of the light source, and high-speed optical recording is therefore performed without using a high-sensitivity photoreceptor specially.
