Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive to use resources effectively and to provide the electronic publishing device preventing the products from being sold out or left unsold.
CONSTITUTION: The publishment information is digitized and scrambled. The transmitted digital information is received by a tuner 2 through an antenna 1. A descrambler 3 releases the scramble and the recording is made on a recording medium 6. The publishment information is displayed on a monitor 9 based on the digital information recorded on the recording medium 6 and the character information is outputted from a speaker 10 as voice information.
